Request a quote
Tell us your quantity, specifications, destination country and Florida freight company. Attach tender documents or specification sheets if you have them. Ask for a sample if you need one – we confirm availability and any cost.

Receive your USD quotation
We re-check availability with the supplier before every quote. Your quote shows the product, quantity, condition, price, delivery to your Florida freight company, any handling, the payment deadline and the handover time. A request or quote does not reserve the goods – supplier lots sell quickly.

Accept the terms and pay
Accept the terms on your private enquiry page to see the verified bank details. Pay by USD bank transfer to DW Property Holdings LLC at Truist Bank, before the deadline in your quote. Our bank details never change by email – call (868) 231-9150 to check before you pay.

We secure the goods
When your cleared funds arrive in time, we buy the lot for you and confirm your order. If the lot sells before your payment is processed, you get a full refund less wire charges.

Handover in Florida, then on to your port of choice
We deliver to your nominated freight company in Florida within the handover time in your quote. Your freight company or customs broker ships the goods to your chosen port and arranges collection or delivery with you. Overseas freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and destination charges are not included unless your quote says so. These items cannot be collected from our St. Augustine store.
Payment and fulfilment terms
- All quotations and payments for these US sourcing offers are in USD.
- Payment is made to DW Property Holdings LLC at Truist Bank, using the verified instructions supplied with the quotation or invoice.
- An enquiry, quotation, transfer instruction or payment receipt does not reserve or confirm a lot. An order is confirmed only when cleared USD funds are received in time and we successfully secure the goods on your behalf.
- Supplier lots may sell before payment is processed. If that happens, a full refund less wire charges will be provided.
- Our quotation will identify the product, quantity, condition, USD selling price, domestic delivery charge, any handling charges, payment deadline and expected handover timeframe.
- We can arrange delivery to the buyer's nominated international freight company in Florida. Overseas freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and destination charges are excluded unless expressly included in the quotation.
- If goods are located outside Florida, the quote includes the applicable transport cost to the nominated Florida freight company.
